Amateur radio meets modern messenger

There is exciting news in the world of wireless communication:
With Meshcom, radio amateurs have created a messenger that does not use the internet, but the robust LoRa radio technology. This means that information can ideally be transmitted over many kilometers using small antennas.

All the possibilities of modern systems are used: End devices can be web browsers or smartphones - or you can develop your own software. In the video, we show the practice and finally take a look at the freely usable Meshtastic protocol.
