Rainer OE1KFR has programmed the appropriate APP for MeshCom 4.0 and makes it available for download.
Für die aktuelle App Version 4.23 ist mindestens die Firmware Version 4.34 p erforderlich! Updated man die Firmware von einer älteren Version muss ein Erase gemacht werden.
Pairing default code 000000
Wird die Firmware am Node neu geflashed und es wurde im Web-Flasher die Erase Option angewählt, MUSS das Pairing in den Bluetooth Systemeinstellungen gelöscht werden! Danach wieder neues Pairing durchführen!
ANDROID – Triggert man das Pairing bei einem Connect direkt in der App, wird die Kopplungsanfrage zwei mal ausgelöst!
Am iOS muss das Pairing direkt durch einen Connect in der App erfolgen, bitte NICHT in den Systemeinstellungen der Bluetooth Geräte pairen!

Android app in the background:
The behavior of whether the connection is maintained in the background and messages are also sent from the node to the app is different. There is still a limitation of the framework used here. However, at least all battery optimizations and restrictions of the app must be switched off in the app settings in the system settings! On Android 14 with a Motorola Moto g04, for example, the connection is maintained, messages are also received in the app, but no more notifications are triggered after a few minutes.
